When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email (optional)
• The device or device model needing repair
• Your service area / city
• A description of the problem

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is taken in person at the time of repair, through Square or cash.

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote request
• Send you a price estimate and schedule a repair appointment
• Send SMS text messages about your repair status (if you opted in)
• Follow up after the repair to confirm everything's working

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By submitting our quote request form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from RPR about your repair inquiry, quote, scheduled appointment, and repair status.

Message frequency: typically 2–10 messages per repair inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message we send. You will receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed and we will not text you again unless you re-enroll. For help, reply HELP or email braxton@trustrpr.com.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services is permitted (e.g., your repair details may be included in our internal ticketing system). All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies & analytics

Our website may use minimal cookies for functionality (remembering your form input as you fill it out). We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how visitors find us. We do not use tracking pixels or cross-site advertising trackers.

6. How long we keep data

Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years for warranty and follow-up purposes, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing braxton@trustrpr.com.

7. Your rights (California residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we don't sell it anyway)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Our services are intended for customers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
