Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RPR Repair's services or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RPR Repair ("RPR") provides mobile device repair services including iPhone screen repair, laptop and PC repair, diagnostics, and related services across Los Angeles County. Service availability is at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site diagnosis, and we will inform you of any change before proceeding. iPhone screen repairs are flat-rate; laptop diagnostics are free with no obligation.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of repair, in person, via card (Square) or cash. We do not collect or store payment information through this website.

5. Warranty

Repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor from the date of service. The warranty covers defects in installed parts and workmanship. It does not cover new physical damage, water damage, software issues unrelated to the original repair, or damage caused by misuse. To claim warranty service, contact us at braxton@trustrpr.com or 626-414-4349 within the warranty period.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You will back up your own data before service. RPR is not responsible for data loss during repair.
  • You are the lawful owner of the device, or are authorized by the owner to have it serviced.
  • Original parts removed during repair are kept by RPR unless you request otherwise at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPR's total liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. RPR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or device replacement value.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled repair appointment at no charge by replying to our text or contacting us at least 1 hour before the appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

9. Right to Refuse Service

RPR may decline or stop service at our discretion, including for safety reasons, suspected stolen devices, or devices in a condition where repair is impractical.

10. SMS / Text Messaging

SMS terms, including consent, opt-out, message frequency, and data handling, are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to those terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
