Every job ships with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. Screen lifting, touch issues, sudden battery failure — anything that's clearly a defect, we come back and fix it. No charge. Damage from a new drop or water exposure doesn't count, but we'll honor anything that's on us.

01 How does mobile repair work? +
You text or fill out the quote form with the device and what's wrong. RPR sends a flat-rate quote and a time window. A technician drives to your location — home, office, anywhere convenient — and repairs it on the spot. Payment after the job is done.
02 What is RPR's service area? +
Alhambra base plus six primary routes covering Upland, Covina, Torrance, Hawthorne, and Pico Rivera, with dozens of surrounding cities across LA County. If your city isn't listed, send a quote request anyway — we can usually fit it in.
03 How fast can you come out? +
Same-day on most weekdays for on-route areas, evenings included. Outside the route, usually within 48 hours.
04 Do you use OEM parts? +
Aftermarket high-grade by default — better value, same fit. OEM is available on request and adds roughly $30 to the tier price. Every job carries a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
05 What if my repair isn't on the price list? +
Free diagnostic, then a flat quote. No hourly clock. No surprise charges. If the quote isn't a fit, no obligation.
06 How do I pay? +
Card or cash, after the job is finished and verified working. RPR uses Square mobile readers for cards. No upfront deposits on standard repairs.
